Depends on your starting size, but with an extender alone you would probably gain at least an inch in length after 6 months.

You'll probably reach it. You're lucky enough to have a very good starting girth, which is the most difficult to improve.

It's a good job I bought the stuff. It's expensive as fuck tho. Dickpill is extremely important, comes second in terms of importance after face tbh
