Vibrancy>Colour, do you agree?

for a very long time I've been saying that the vibrancy of the eye colour is more important than the eye colour itself. Many people have been claiming that "contrast is law" (they are fucking stupid and think that contrast is only about eye colour) and that blue eyes or green eyes are simply better than brown eyes. However, I think this is inherently false. Strikingness isn't about the colour, it is about the vibrancy. Vibrant brown eyes (Amber for example or hazel) would be just as striking as crystal blue. i wanna know if anyone ACTUALLY thinks that blue eyes are law and are the most important part of contrast, because this is simply not what i think. nonetheless, eye colour should not even be law lol. I think we all know that the orbitals are way more important, it is not even a debate.
