growth has little to do with calories if your not starving. idk why eveyone thinks you have to be in a surplus during puberty. imagine being in a 200 cal surplus daily in puberty. youll be a lard ass

yeah no one needs to be in a surplus rly but I disagree calories are 30% of growth and are one of the biggest levers you can control.
