U should put down in notes everytime u take ur phone out and flick through random apps to see if anything's happening. I guarantee u do it prob 20 times a day and don't even think about the time ur wasting. Even when I had my phone taken I was still reaching for my pocket every 30 min to check it its just so ingrained in most ppl at this point they dnt even notice theyre doing it.
