Grinding is only possible if you have good enough things going on your life, being born wealthy, good looking or with some talent, if you are a MTN or below and struggling just to survive, there's not enough positive feedback loop for you to accomplish anything in life

Guys like david goggins are one in 100000 and even then you can grind as much as you want but most people can't become majestic using surgeries anyway, it's over for at least 95% of males, I couldn't imagine being able to study hard, gymcel or try-hard some sport or hobby like painting, or foreign languages if I was constantly starving of male and female validation while struggling working as a waggie
