VIDEO: Is this a good Jaw surgery plan (ft my whack morph at the end but whatever)

Has anyone undergone extractions on top then braces to cause an underbite, to then be corrected by jaw surgery. My maxilla is small and recessed and I SHOULD have an underbite if not for my teeth jutting forward causing protrusion. Ideally u want vertically aligned teeth so you don’t have that ugly upper lip shadow all the time and recessed paranasal area in comparison.
This plan fixes the protrusion, then advances everything further to correct my overall recessed everything. After seeing Gaia’s video saying all that only cost 25k, I can see this being a very real possibility for me.

if you're getting extraction, wouldn't it be better to extract on the lower jaw as well? then you can get more jaw advancement. i dont know if this is how it works tho.

True plus that much more common so surgeons and orthos would actually oblige
