dickmaxxing before puberty is even close to done is kinda futile. pe routines on a person who's still growing wont even be distinguishable from natural growth and chemical enhancement has the chances of fucking w natural production/development of the hpta, which would be disastrous for growth (some retards here have prob fucked it up for themselves).
skincare just ends up being to prevent acne without any meds (since u dont want to risk playing w hormonal levels), the effect of which cant be much for the average teen. collagen is already top tier for basically the next decade.
heightmaxxing has no conventionally known science behind it. most ppl arent deficient in hgh, so supplementation may have the effect of speeding up puberty. messing w hormone levels by taking an AI is also kinda stupid. in general, if NBA players w millionaire parents (like steph curry) only end up at 6ft2 with access to stuff no one on here has, then the validity of significantly changing height is kinda questionable.
only thing someone gets from being active on here at an early age is that u wont sleep/eat like shit, hopefully getting them to their full growth potential. this comes at the cost of most likely being a ridiculously aspie and narcy kid with no youth.
