I think Vietnam as a whole is just very behind in the maxfax department. A skilled surgeon who operates there had to get his OMFS training in Japan because its just so shit over there

I think it’s worse than that, most of these people never had a proper training and their certificates are faked by scammy clinics that hired them and they are probably paid by the government because it’s probably them who benefit from these schemes the most. It’s funny because I was for some reason so desperate to find a cheap trimax alternative i researched almost every country and i paid most attention to vietnam. Their manipulation through social media is actually insane.
And it’s probably the vietnam that’s most corrupted but other countries like thailand malaysia and even some of korea are still so far behind it’s hard to understand. The approaches they use to treat skeletal malocclusions is questionable.
