Views dropping, any advice for growing and making money on TikTok?

If any of you have seen my account I post the same repetitive stuff over and over (trying to pull a girl on snap) and tbh I think it’s starting to decline as the stats on videos can still be quiete good but they just never really get the 100s of thousands of views I used too. I’m 17 I live in Dublin, Ireland And I don’t have cameraman sadly so I’m not really sure what to post. Any tips? Any ways to improve and advice for making money here? Thanks.
