Viltigo spots from excema scars

So I have like extremely dry skin paired with eczema it’s what’s it called I forgot the name of it but yeah I haven’t been to the doctors in a few years so I haven’t got any prescription cream. Just wondering if any of you guys on here with Pharma or pharmaceutical knowledge on my skin care know how I can get rid of like hyper pigmentation or like really light scars like it’s like I’m kind of dark right but like it gives me scars of like tan skin like I was thinking oh maybe I just need to like put it in the sun but no it’s like dark spot. It’s light spots and it’s all from eczema could be a sign of insulin sensitivity probably is as well hand in hand but yeah if anyone knows of like I have eczema, and then once the eczema goes away like the flareups, it turned into really light spots, so yeah, if anyone knows how I can with a bigger brain than me please help me

I have the same issue or atleast used to. I used corticosteroids and maintained my skin regularly, so only the 3 basics. Gentle cleanser to not fuck ur skin. A good moisturiser will be very beneficial but make sure it doesnt clog ur pores. Now I just do regular skincare and I have discontinued corticosteroids with no issues.

I also have eczema, and I used to have scars. ask ur doctor for dupixent, it makes ur itching go away and the scars go away its legit magic. if you cant get that try to use tret cream, it also might be another condition linked to eczema I forgot what its called but you need ketoconazole

Thank you thank you so much. I have critical steroids. I was only using it for my nose to try making it smaller and also like on any dark spot but yeah I’ll just get some critical steroids. Maybe I’ll try again in prescriptions, but yeah, I’ll get a client. I have a cleanser and moisturizer obviously in a good good yeah but yeah, I’ll get some strong cortical steroids while you apply like what three times a week or three times a day, but bro, the thing is like my dry skin makes it extremely hard for my face to moisturize and bro the doctors gave me like shit ass advice. They’re like oh you need to use Vaseline on your fucking face. She’s just plugged in my cord like you gave me mad acne but yeah, I’ll start using cortical steroids mainly but yeah oh thank you.

I cannot guarantee that this will work for you. Stay away from accutane for now and I have heard that omega 3 intake can be beneficial for the skinbarrier so looking into ur diet might be good. A barrier repair cream could also be good for you.

Yeah I hated that. I looked like a zombie since birth tbh. Extremly sensitive skin. My lips were dying 24/7 and it burned. Idk why someone would make fun of shit like that.

Yeah retinoids arent worth it in ur case. Hydrating serums might be benefical, I have never used them before but I have heard some good stuff about them.
