Your mouth area should be in proportion to your other midface ratios. Assuming good IPD and decent nose size, his mouth width and "fullness" is perfect in that regard. But tinkering with the other ratios would throw off the mouth area, an often underrated part of overall ratios.

But regardless, the dude has crazy good skin and top tier Zygos so it is not just the "Lips pill". He's just attractive.
