well i think a lot of its just my genetics coming thru during and after puberty (late bloomer) eg developing strong inter orbital bones which in turn made my uue reduce dramatically. I do masseter training and ive learnt to eat and drink in a way that doesn't make my buccinators bigger which leads to less definition in my cheeks. ive never done thumb pulling bonesmashing or mewing as imo its goy cope however im starting invisalign soon and hopefully getting a pallet expander. skin wise, tropically nothing worked and i didn't want the side effects that come alongside Accutane, ratheer i now have a basic skr (cleanse and spf moisturizer) but my acne was to intense not to have PIE scarring so i plan to get vascular laser treatment its just expensive asf. i do other small softmaxxes like lash and brow serum but apart from that i just got lucky
