In this thread i will show how to get rid of one of the most obvious virgin characteristics. The virgin walk.

Introduction
Many people give advice on how to walk but only give vague(but valid) advice like hold your head up, put your chest out, shoulders back and finally just move your arms bro. Rarely do people go into the detail required to actually move like a normal human being is supposed to.

Personally I have always had trouble with the way I walk. My sister used to tell me that I walked weird. Only on rare occasions have I walked normally. I used to walk with my chin up high and thought that was how you fixed improper posture to walk normally. I apologize if some of my writing comes off as ESL, I'm just an autist that doesn't normally type up huge essays.

Internal Hip Rotation
Yes it might seem like something only women do sexually, but your hips do indeed move when walking.

This is actually the one thing that fixed most of my walking problems.

Arm Movement

This drawing shows it clearly:
Left ArmRight Leg
Right ArmLeft Leg
Your left arm should move forward with your right leg and your right arm should move forward with your left leg. Simple as that.

Proper Feet Movement
When walking your heel should be the part that touches the ground first. Your other foot should be bending at the tip about to move in place to do the same thing you did with other foot.
NEVER DRAG YOUR HEELS as this makes you look like a sped degenerate.

Other Things you Should Fix
-Posture - It helps with walking. You should be able to find plenty of threads discussing proper posture by searching them.

-Foot Angle - This one is another part of walking. While its important to have proper balance its also very masculine to have your feet pointing outwards

Conclusion
While the main advice is right, have good posture, hold your head up, put your shoulders back and move your arms. The basic knowledge of what makes humans walk is needed for the common autistic virgin walker.

Extras for more specific situations (Not Common)
-I worked at a restaurant to there were many instances of having people cramped up in a small area. If your moving past a cramped up space with other people and don't want to accidentally touch them (GET FUCKING SUED FOR SEXUAL HARRASSMENT) from over compensating with your new found walking skills, put your hand together like this:

Here's a hint: put your headphones and play a cool song or just hear it in your mind and walk to the rhythm of music, if you want to look cool when walking.

Here's another hint - simply walk slower, most incels walk faster than normal and that's why they look weird, ever noticed in movies that when there's a slow motion walk scene, it makes the characters look really cool...?

That is how I literally how I used to walk the first year of uni. Except my gait had devolved to the point that I had completely lost function of my left arm. I ended up naming it "le crab" and it took an intensive self-help rehabilitation program to restore fluidity to my gait. 2nd year of uni came around and I did a complete 180. I was watching models strut on the runway and attempted to replicate them. My Untermensch goblin-tier locomotives had been substituted for an exaggerated and braggadocious sense of swagger.



Like this... the only problem was that my FACE was too ugly to pull it off. I would get strange looks from girls and many felt the need to put me in my place. Now I have found a happy medium between the virgin walk and chad stride. I still keep my head at an acute angle to avoid eye contact but it's not in a kyphotic position like the first year. I have decent hip rotation and a somewhat relaxed arm rotation speed. I finally have achieved a sense of normality and I am no longer self-conscious about my gait. I am free to roam around the NPCs without fear of judgement. Sometimes I get what I have coined a "gait high", where my stride becomes effortless and the Chad stride doesn't feel forced. It becomes effectively intertwined in my persona and I experience a complete ego death in the process. Got it the other day. The Co-op was closing in 5min and I desperately needed some broccoli. I got there in the nick of time and was able to pick out a solid stem. I came out feeling accomplished and my arms just naturally fell into place. Everything was moving as it was supposed to. I was swinging around the broccoli stem around like a boss... like I was a god. Untouchable. The difference between my exaggerated gait in the 2nd year and this was how effortless it was. My internal monologue was non-existent and everything felt so natural. Damn... I need to try and reach that state more often.

Yes, bigger muscles also make you walk slower - lift weights, get huge and you will naturally walk slower, you'll also have a better posture, and it will be very natural without any conscious effort.
