so i have a narrow palate. like only 6 teeth show fully when im smiling. i have a smale upper bite (thats correct right?). despite having a small palate i still have a pretty visible diastema. that means that my teeth are really small? so what would be the best solution for me? are palate expanders even a thing for adults? if yes what would happen to my teeth? surely i would need to fill the even bigger gaps somehow. is that possible? please help i want the best possible results
