Seriously I'm feeling growth pains
Saw a 2 cm increase over a month
And my skull seems different too
I'm also lifting heavier weights easily In gym

I take 4000 a day for nearly 2 years now.

It certainly didn't seem to do much on itself...
I think I had more luck when combined with K2, magnesium, calcium and other bone-building supplements. The K2 I think it's more important here, as long as your vitamin D levels are ok, supplementing with more probably won't do much.
