Vitamin A for roping ?

I thought about unusual ways to rope yourself and Vitamin A came to my mind. It is one of the few vitamins that can kill you if you consume too much for it and nobody would suspect you for buying Vitamin A. According to https://www.sciencedirect.com/topic...des the finger has,occurs at about 300,000 IU! a dose of over 300.000 IU can be toxic for humans.

What are your thoughts ?
