I hear if you megadose vitamin c, it works like a diuretic?

It's not something you can die from overdosing.

And its DIRT cheap but I'm just curious, can you take enough vitamin c to work as a diuretic,.and how much should you take?

I try 10g n personally I didn’t notice any diuretic effect on me maybe u need to take more than 10g

Bra you’d have to go well above 2000mg for it to even resemble a diuretic effect and it's kidney stone speedrun at that point
