i mean if its easy to get naturally i can js add it into my diet, im asking if i gotta take high amounts of it that are hard to add to ur diet

It’s always gonna be better to get nutrients from food, but if you have a certain amount that you want to consume that you can’t only get through food, then supplements are beneficial

i mean chat gpt sometimes answers in low doses like he told me to eat one orange and thats enough vitamin c a day

You clearly have no clue about anything. So start learning about diet, measure your body weight, analyse the macros in your diet, start from here. Too much of anything is bad.

But if you just want the rdi, then you can easily get it through food
