For a while I've been taking 10,000 ius of vitamin d3 + 200 mcgs of vitamin k2

ChatGPT is saying that it's an extremely high dose and that I should only be doing around 1,000-2,000 ius

Might induce slight toxicity over a long timeframe. 2500-4000 IU Vitamin D3 + K2 should be plenty. Over that is no significant benefit

as far as i know 10k daily can be too much and lead to hypercalcemia. just do 3k and ur good

You can either take 50,000 every two weeks or 1000-2000 every day.
I recommend taking 2000 daily to maintain a stable d3 serum level

how'd u come to this conclusion
I study Medicine bruv. Assuming you are of average physique and live somewhere in Europe or the US this is correct. Other regions may need more or less but you can fact check if you notice anything I got wrong

milk
eggs
honey
oysters (from walmart so disgusting)
liver (from walmart so disgusting)

Don't go upper 4,000 iu vitamin d3 per day and K2 no upper limit it is non toxic in even high doses
