D3 is important for normal hormone regulations (testosterone, DHT etc.) it directly stimulates your testicles to produce test.

Also helps with health and bone mass in general.

A good sleep quality will do you more good than all the cope-methods out there.
Magnesium is also involved with almost everything in the body. Reminder, good health indicators increase SMV in general.

U need one with 5000UI and 90mcg
Or 10,000UI and 120mcg.
20,000UI is too much for ur body can handle.
