vitamin d3+k2

What dosage should i use for d3+k2 i also bought vitamin d3 by itself

Vitamin D3 toxicity starts at 60k IU. Vitamin K2 is really hard to overdose on and toxicity is rare.

I take 8k IU vitamin d3 and 400ug K2, maybe even more on some days
