Vitamin E for scarring

Went to a doctors appointment follow up for my neck surgery which left a scar obviously. I asked what would help reduce the scarring and she said Vitamin E works wonders.

Haven't heard about Vitamin E on this forum much, so could be something to use for acne scarredcels.

I personally had acne but it didn't leave any scarring but I might implement some Vitamin E on my face ngl since I already bought the cream for my neck anyway

i'm gonna research the pharmacology and shit to find out which vitamin E is best tbh
most skincare uses useless derivatives of the shit you want to put in your skin

It helps heal wounds but I found studys saying pycnogenol Is 100 times better at stopping lipid peroxidation, have not implemented It in my personal routine tbh.
