Someone before used Vitamin k2 mk4 100mg per day and crashed his estrogen

But what would be perfect dosage use on 300mg-400mg test cycle?

Would 15mg be enough?

Also i read that it depleted Magnesium?

This. I don't think i've ever heard anything about K2 lowering estrogen. I've heard K2 can give hair loss or increase hair growth but never anything to do with Estrogen.

This. I don't think i've ever heard anything about K2 lowering estrogen. I've heard K2 can give hair loss or increase hair growth but never anything to do with Estrogen.

i think k2 only causes hair loss if ur already somewhat balding
ive been overdosing on k2 insanely daily for the past 3 months and i am not losing anymore hair at all

I don't think it works that way. In my opinion it can cause shedding/accelerate hair loss but i do think the hair that you lose due to K2 will return once you stop taking it. On the other side you have K2 somehow helping your hair, but i'm not entirely sure how that works. I take D3 4k + K2 100 day but it's mk7 and i've heard mk4 is the real problem. Why do you take mk4 in high dose? I'm thinking k2 mk4 will have a different effect for everyone, some will be positive, others will experience a negative effect. If you weren't experiencing hair loss, how can you be sure it had any effect on your hair and what amounts are you taking?

my mk7 supplement is tasty so i just consume it whenever i feel like it
its approx 2k+ mcg a day but its probably more lol

Yep but he's taking mk7 which i don't really understand what the purpose of doing at high dosage is supposed to be. I don't think he's getting any benefit from mk7 high dose.
