It's obviously not a miracle but since it will inhibits osteocalsts and increase osteoblasts you will be in a state of net bone deposition ie you will grow new bones.
Combined with bonesmashing ans calcium supplementation it can give pretty good results, vitamin k2 helped me a lot.

I use idealabs k2 mk4 with d3 everyday. haven't seen much difference yet, but a small amount of bone increase over a long duration of k2 dosing might add up to a significant amount of bone. right now applying topically to the zygos

Yes.
But if i was you i'd avoid mk4 since mk7 have much less side effects and is very effective too.
