not a point in glucosamine either

my future stack will be:
- multi-vitamins
- d3+ k3
- cod liver/omega 3 + vitamin a
- beta-carotene
- ashwagandha
- magnesium, calcium zinc, selinium, copper
 
forget the rest and take 10000mcg fish oil a day it will enlarge your balls to a monolithic degree
 
vitamin C, D and K2, everything else is cope if you're healthy and eat a balanced diet

VitC comes from diet best too, and D from the sun, i don't even know how to get K2 naturally, nor going to look for it.

Not in adequate quantities considering most people's lifestyles the days (too busy/comfy, environmental pollution, sunscreen and the majority of the time spent indoors)
