I’ve been dialing in my health lately and along with peptides, I’ve started taking the following vitamins:
Thorne B-Complex
Vitamin C
Zinc
Calcium + D3
K2
Magnesium
Not too sure if they’ve done anything crazy for me, especially since the peptides are doing most of the heavy lifting. Am I wasting my money or should I keep taking these and perhaps add more vitamins / supplements in the future?
