I am planning to do 7 days waterfasting to leanmax. Here are the quick questions:

1. Can I be on sarms-cardanine and rad 140 and clen during waterfasting to enhance fat loss
2. Can I eat multivitamins, vit c, b, d, e. zma while being on fast
3. What should be the fasting cycle? 72 hrs fasting followed by 4 days lifting or 1 continout 15 days fasting
4. Can I use HGH 2iu/day while fasting for enhanced results and anti aging?
5. Can I use DHEA 50 mg/day for modd enahncement while water fasting?

I am 83 kg 23%bf and stands 5' 11" .
Your help will be appreciated.

1. Rad140 might increase your apetite imo. Ill go with ostarine.
2.No Nigga you dont need that.
3.If you have experience with fasting youll know ending second day you Will feel like dying so lifting is going to be dificult.
4 AND 5 idk. Keep AND eye on electrolytes

I have done 3 days hard dry fast believe you Will not have Energy for shit but your face leans out even mine lean out even tho i am a recessed rat.

If you've never done more than a 24 hour fast I wouldn't recommend jumping straight into 7 days, try 3 first probably.

In my opinion, if you're going for long water fasts you shouldn't take anything at all except water (and probably electrolytes if you're going for more than 3 days). One of the reasons you're fasting would be so your body gets rid of senescent cells and I think you should also let it reuse the nutrients it needs, instead of supplementing vitamins.

How lean do you want to get btw?

Will it not affect collagen and hair?

Not rly, your body is supposed to be able to deal with it, as long as you are getting the nutrients it needs when you're not fasting. Of course it could affect hair or collagen if it becomes something that is too stressful for your body or you're malnourished.

In reality it will probably help with your skin and such things as it'll induce autophagy (think of it as cleaning damaged cells).

Here is an article that explains it well, worth reading.
