which vitamins should i take if any? considering d3 and k2, ashwaghanda, perhaps gelatin. i already take potassium supps. new to ts🙏🏼

15g Gelatin and try to get the rest through food and only after establishing it's inconvenient then supplement

d3+k2 get it from sunlight, the body doesn't absorb supplements properly

yea the only reason im considering it is cause i work indoors so i dont often get much time when it's bright out, especially now that summer is ending. may be good for winter

bone broth would be good i believe. i do not more than one meal a day so i worry about getting everything i need

nigga u dont need to make bone broth, just gelatin sheets or gelatin powder (cheap asf)
