Vitiligomaxxing thread

I know it is a bit of a niche, but can one manage vitiligo and mold it as best they can into harmony with the rest of their features? Asking for a friend of course, haha. I always see male models with vitiligo, in fact it is the majority of what I see when I look up vitiligo. There seems to be a sort of novelty factor hidden within it. At least that is what I think. How big of a failo is vitiligo to the rest of the face and body, and do women care about it? Do they find it repulsive, or are they possibly attracted to it? Are they willing to marry someone with vitiligo, or is it more so a one-night-stand thing, like a roller coaster ride? Is it ova?

Bumping this. Don't have vitiligo but taking what is normally such a failo and turning into a halo seems like a good concept.
Most people I know with vitiligo have completely abandoned the looks department and given into the blackpill. Interesting to see if it can be saved.
