You're talking about extremely intensive invasive surgery if you are going to fix that

I was simply isolating the reason behind the issue not saying you should actually engage in invasive surgery to fix it

If you are willing to go as far as rotations than your lower third would be a subsequently trivial thing to fix

Like yeah theoretically you could change everything but really unless you are planning on deconstructing your entire skull, you should focus on one thing at a time, and the most impactful things are probably your alar base like you said and other soft tissue improvements like upper eye hollowness

The thing is I can’t add the implants without fixing the overbite,The double jaw surgery is necessary for the implants and the soft tissue improvements.I don’t think implants can sit normally on a trapped mandible and maxilla

Well yeah then that would make sense too, I just have an aversion to getting too theoretical

Like theoretically you can change your entire skull with enough invasive surgery but invasive surgery isn't trivial and/or guaranteed so I don't see much value in getting too deep in the weeds

Well I don’t have subhuman tier overbite like women and men who Have non existent lower jaws,At least thank god for that otherwise i would probably end up with condylar resorption after surgery.My point is why not fix the skeletal issue if there is enough bone support for the surgical movement

I even measured intermolar palatal width at home ,it came out 38-39mm.is it worth expanding to 43-45mm with MSE or MARPE?
