vivid/weird dreams on melatonin

I take melatonin because I'm a weirdo who can't fall asleep without it and I've been getting so strange dreams lately.
I had three dreams in which i killed many people brutally and got a life sentence in prison. so that was quite interesting ... but one dream really stood out to me. In the dream I got a nose job but I got botched hard, I was given an extremely feminine plastic looking nose, I became a truecel.
i woke up instantly in panic.

moral of the story :
rotting in jail after going ER > being a truecel

i restarted taking it and now have the dreams again. they're all violent and revenge based.
