My hypothesis is the lowering of cortisol + sugar and alcohol (also calorie dense) kicked my Gh. + cigs kicked my DHt although that’s such a stretch
15 jfl but I had voice cracks at 20 jfl
Puberty was prolly suppressed during my extremely stressful late teens and kicked in again.. crazy hypothesis but that’s what I think
Ngl i think im going thru the same thing. I started early at around 11 but poor habits and high stress from 12-14 may have delayed my growth. Only in the last year (15, i js turned 16), have i had a major growth spurt in height again
Same I had almost a quarter inch gain last year + clavicle growth.
Wondering when ur browridge came in, if at all
At 20, I had big fucking incel eyes till then
