i'd just try and deepen my voice through training rather than paying some foreigner to dissect my larynx. only go surgery if your voice is mickey mouse tier.

It isn’t but I want to sing really low and have no clue how to get to like 80Hz without surgery. I’m about 113-120Hz

You won't ever get as drastic voice change as with surgery.

They literally just add a bit of a special kind of filler to your voice chords, sure you can do a thousand different tricks and scream or smoke till you destroy your voice chords but as soon as you lose mindfulness and your true voice slips it's over.

No, depending on your current voice and the effectiveness of the methods you use you may be able to lower your voice a decent amount naturally. Really depends on your starting point.
