I’m 15, gone through the tanner stages yet have a higher pitched voice. Not the squeaker high but the one where people notice when i speak. How do i achieve a lower pitch?

bro you’re not cooked at all, even if you passed Tanner stages your voice can still drop till like 17–19, rn it’s prob more a skill issue than genetics, you’re likely talking from your throat which makes you sound higher, you need chest resonance (do a low “mmm” and keep that vibe when speaking), slow your speech a bit and relax like after a yawn and you’ll instantly sound deeper, don’t force a fake deep voice or you’ll just sound goofy and strain your larynx, give it time + fix delivery and you’ll ascend voice-wise without doing anything like hopping on hormones

there was a study on it but not enough results, I think It would work better than a cycle but its risky cuz u might miss the vocal cords
