Voice is everything when it comes to socializing

Fat bastards get respect if they have a deep voice. Voice is everything. If you don't have a deep voice people will take you less seriously. There's multiple studies that show a deep voice is connected to leadership, attractiveness, likability. A high pitched voice on the other hand is the opposite.

Even worse is if you have a speech impediment or lisp. If you have a lisp you're assumed to be gay and if you have a speach impediment retarded. All of these have a horrible effect on your social capabilities.

I have both a high pitched voice, a lisp, and a speech impediment. No matter how hard I've tried to socialize, no matter how perfectly I've memorized social techniques I've always failed simply because people assume I'm mentally retarded or laugh at my high pitched voice and lisp.

I have some capability to voice act so I've tested doing a deep voice sometimes. (although it's very hard to maintain) and the difference in treatment I receive is insane.

I don't think that's true. I've heard men with a deep voice who spew absolute rubbish and get away with it. Humans instinctually seek to please and follow men with deep voices because we see them as better and superior to ourselves. Meanwhile a man with a high pitched voice is seen as inferior and weak.
