Are guys more likely to try to start fights with you because they interpret your words as more aggressive?
Are people less friendly?

and if you can sing then a higher voice is better, because girls only give a shit about tenors 99.9% of the time

I'm considering this surgery as well. But one potential side effect is that your voice could get weaker after the surgery (not as loud anymore).
