I'm 16 (roughly 4 months into 17) and only over the last year my voice has gotten deeper. It all started from November 2024 (from which you can tell I'm a late bloomer cuz most ppl's voices start to change from 13-14 whereas I was nearing 14 at the time) and now fast-forward to April 2026 it has undoubtedly gotten deeper. I've been forcing my voice in public since a young age and this habit never really left me because it seeped into my subconscious when it comes to social interactions.
To cut to the chase and get to the bottom line of this post, I wanna make it clear that my voice hasn't quite reached an optimal deep pitch yet. Mind you, I am still getting voice cracks but they're way less frequent than they were last year and im extremely insecure over my voice and besides forcing it eventually just leads to it getting strained and losing its deep pitch and relaxing my larynge and speaking normally doesn't help because it makes me sound like a fucking squeaker. any tips to stimulate vocal chords thickening?
