Growing up, I've always had a low voice, getting lower as I've grown up. But the problem with my voice is that I sound retarded. I'm occasionally made fun of for how I sound when I laugh or even when I speak by friends and family. I have zero voice halo despite having a 96 Hz voice.
Is there anything I can do to fix this, or am I just doomed to forever be a voicecel.
