If you merely want a deeper voice you can do exercises that deepen your voice, but I think you'll have to continually to maintenance exercises to keep the voice deep. The hardmaxx option is doing a surgery that deepens your voice. Rorz has mentioned it in one of his videos.

IMO it's not worth doing steroids just for the deeper voice. I'm using 250mg/week of test and I'm getting high blood pressure and my hair is falling a little bit, and my voice did not even get that much deeper. If I use 500mg/week I'm sure I'll have a cardiac event.

get a cotton swab with dht gel on it and rub it on your vocal cords
mark as solution
