How do I voicemaxx by smoking cigars? Like how many should I do a day, for how long, etc

Anyone here got experience with this or is a speech therapist a better idea

Im past puberty so Im not sure if testmaxxing would deepen my voice anymore tho, and my test level is already at 900ng. Id have to take 500mg test to increase it significantly

But which levels do I have to get for my voice to deepen purely on high test? I'm already way past puberty, my voice changed while I was 13-15y, I'm thinking its too supraphysiological and its just easier to smoke cigars

idc about numbers tbh, that's useless shit just raise your T and DHT, it will get deeper, i don't know how deep, depends on your genes, i have voicemaxxing guide from guy from the vid, maybe i should make a thread tbh..

Try screaming for about a minute at your full intensity for3-4 reps everyday ( this is not a cope or a larp it works) and if you truly want a deep voice then you can go with thyroplasty

Also try maxxing out dht assuming you are below 21 then high dht too will change your voice
