VOICEMAXXING GUIDE PLS

i dont like my voice, i sound 15 and i am almost 20 years old.

Can somebody link me some voicemaxxing guides or something like that that really works... surgeries, guides, steroids... anything. I dont know about it much and would not like to waste so much time searching... sooo... drop me what you guys know about it and what works THE BEST
