Started sending out my resume and had a phone interview recently for a really good job so I imagine a lot of candidates applied.

I haven't had to interview in years so objectively my responses were complete dog shit. Like I legit didn't know what to say for a few of the questions she asked and just waffled for a few seconds... but she giggled at most of my responses (beyond any normal "HR lady" levels) and talked to me about random shit like I was some fucking work friend she knew well already.

Put me through to the interview with a manager there on the spot (usually takes a few days to review an application).

If my looks matched my voice I'd walk around like fucking Gandy i swear to god.
