He doesn't really sound black to me tbh, whites and blacks have different type of voices, even when it's deep it's sounds different.

For comparison let's take example of two Men with similar pitched voices.





Maybe it's the accent but one has noticeable deep white voice and the other has noticeable deep black voice, idk that's how i hear it at least.
