volufiline absorption

Could the reason volufiline may not work as efficiently be because it isn’t getting absorbed into the skin properly?

Could dermastamping and using volufiline bring faster results?
And if the results are permanent, could we enhance our fat pads with volufiline injections or dermastamps? This is all based on the assumption that it isn't a pure cope.
