Volufiline as a fix for downturned lips?

I have downturned lips, to the the point that it affects my social live. I thought of using volufiline to fix them since it can alter the shape of the lips and make them neutral or at least less downturned.

Couldnt the fat help the lips? Normally the muscles would make them not downturned but fat could maybe work as well…

I look mad and pissed off so people dislike me even though they dont know me. People that i barely know tell me I look serious and cold.

I would be more concerned about midface and chin. Lips have nothing to add to the equation unless you're a girl.

My midface is fine and my chin is recessed so ill get surgery for it unless there are methods to fix that shit
