I see people saying this is a fix for negative hooding but I'm thinking wouldn't that just weigh the hooding down further if placed anywhere above and do nothing anywhere under? Maybe im just a Grey someone explain pls

no, it wont fix negative hooding
people claim that it does completely opposite (increase fat storage) not decrease

pretty sure it would just make it weigh more down, so nah

it fixes negative hooding by you putting it on the right side of your lids where there is less fat that on the left, and it makes more fat so it evens it out
