I’m putting volufiline in my under eyes and i think my eyelashes are growing from it

Because of the effects of it it would make them appear better but I doubt it actually makes them grow. I notice that when I apply vit c it does the same. Also I don’t wanna use shit on my lashes coz I’m afraid I’ll go blind jfl sometimes I even get rosemary oil in my eyes when I’m applying it on my EYEBROWS
