What does volufiline do?
My main issues are chin projection (i want it to improve my gonial angle by projecting downwards)
And my lower eyelids have low orbital support
What can i do

it should increase the fat storage in where you put it, take a long time to have noticiable difference tho

I think volufiline basically improves skin elasticity and firmness. I.e. it helps with sagginess/puffiness in skin and gives a more volumous look. I have never used it myself, but a lot of people on this forum say its cope/doesn't work that well. So I doubt volufiline will do anything, especially for your chin projection (has no correlation).

Low orbital support aka bad undereye support is mainly just genetics and I don't think you can fix with volufiline. You can try fixing sleep, using retinol or frauding with bb cream but other than that you need surgery to fix bad undereye support.
