mix it with a career oil , around 40% is ideal , it doesn't work tho maybe only a bit on lips

U can use it plain jfl on lips it barely works so use on eyes, it depends on how much fat u have under ur eyes

Sadly u need to use it if u have no fat
But
If u have no fat it barely works
