Topical Rosiglitazone absolutely mogs volufiline.

What is it?:
It is a experimental skin treatment and it reduces skin fibrosis and can restore subcutaneous fat layers.

How does it work?:
When applied to the skin Topical Rosgilitazone penetrates the skin and rewrites genetic signals inside skin cells

How do you make it? *I am NOT responsible if something goes wrong you are doing this at your own RISK*

materials

  • rosiglitazone maleate powder (research chemical, 99% purity)
  • DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) ; penetrant/carrier
  • propylene glycol ; secondary solvent
  • distilled water
  • ethanol (optional) ; for better solubility
  • 0.22µm syringe filter (sterile)
  • amber glass vial, sterile
  • micropipette or milligram scale
  • magnetic stirrer / hot plate
  • pH strips (target ~5.5)
  • nitrile gloves, respirator mask (powder handling) (optional but safety bs just DNR the sides if something bad happens)

recipe (1% rosiglitazone gel)

  1. dissolve 100 mg rosiglitazone maleate in 1 mL DMSO + 1 mL propylene glycol under gentle heat (~40°C) and stirring.
  2. once fully dissolved, add 8 mL distilled water slowly while stirring.
  3. adjust pH to 5.5 using dilute HCl/NaOH if needed.
  4. optionally add 0.5 mL ethanol to final solution if cloudiness appears.
  5. filter through 0.22 µm syringe filter into sterile amber vial.
  6. store refrigerated, use within 7 days.

application

  • apply 0.1–0.2 mL to target area (eyebags or wherever you may want it) once daily. this will NOT fix your recessed infraorbitals :feelswhy: but it can help with eyebags
  • no occlusion; let air dry.
